These terms govern the text message program operated by Friends of Howell Shaw ("the Campaign," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these terms. They work alongside our Privacy Policy.

The program

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you recurring text messages about the campaign, including updates, events, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the consent box on one of our forms or by texting us first. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of volunteering, donating, or any purchase.

Opting out and help

To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at the email or phone below. After you reply STOP, we may send one confirmation message.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Your privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
